My strength training program is designed to help you build lean muscle tissue and increase your overall strength; which is a valuable combination to acquire as we age. I show you exercises to take on-the-go at home, at a park with family or while you are on vacation. I offer a variety of exercises and equipment to help you reach your goals.

Pain Management

Get the relief you need! Pain management and self trigger point release sessions available by appointment. These can be in-person or online. Don’t let an injured area stop you from doing what you want to do. Get help working around or with acute or chronic injuries. Restore movement and range of motion.

Learn proper exercises, stretches, trigger point release therapies along with exercises to create new stability, flexibility and strength in given areas that are causing problems for you.
