Started in 1998, Zupp Fitness was founded by fitness enthusiast John Zupp who wanted to create multi platform training programs that would meet the needs of the individuals and effective for everyone of all ages. After 27 + years of research, training, development, implementation and experience I created programs that is fun, challenging, and produces real results by enriching the lives of others through faith, compassion and education.

It is a team effort between me and you.
I am not just a personal trainer. I have multiple exercise specialist certifications and passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping my clients reach their goals. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every session and are committed to keeping my clients motivated, engaged and enriched to pull out the best of themselves while creating healthy lifestyle habits.
At Zupp Fitness, I believe that fitness is more than just a solo activity. I support and encourage each client, creating a community that is inclusive, supportive, educational and fun. I believe that exercise should be enjoyable and rewarding, and my client (tribe) community reflects that.
I offer a variety of programs to meet your fitness needs, including personal training, group fitness classes, nutrition coaching, trigger point release for injured areas and teach clients self trigger point release for pain management. I also offer Older Adult programs, including chair exercise class, water aerobics, balance training, strength training and cognitive skills enhancement. My programs are tailored to your individual needs and goals, and are designed to help you achieve sustainable, long-term results that are guaranteed or you get your old body back!
